Since Mr. Sanders moved away and The Negotiator was not able to do any further MMA training, he decided to join the High School wrestling team. He had absolutely no wrestling training or experience prior to this year. He was pretty consistently 9 lbs. under the lowest (106 lb.) weight class. They do body fat percentage tests and need a note from a doctor if their body fat is under 7%, his was 3.3%. There were a lot of early mornings and late nights. There were some wins and some losses. He had great coaches and team mates. What he got out of it.............
2nd place in Sacramento,
6th place in Sparks,
some bumps and bruises,
a new sweatshirt,
and a Varsity letter.
He loved it and plans to stick with it.
