It isn't weird enough that the Maniac was doing his homework in his underwear.
Johnny: "What is that?"
The Maniac: "What? Oh this? It's a cookie."
Johnny: "Why do you have a cookie in your homework?"
The Maniac: "I asked Mom if I could eat mine and she said yes but someone else didn't want theirs so I saved it."
