Who Needs a New Bike?

The Maniac thought about buying himself a new bike.  Then he decided it would be fun to try to fix up his old one.  It all happened too fast for me to get pictures of what the bike looked like before, during or even before he rode it in the mud.  While the orange paint was drying he was thinking out loud about how cool it would be if he could paint purple flames on it.  The Negotiator surprised him by getting him some decals from eBay.
